Donation Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting our mission. Legacy Care Spectrum Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent.
The organisation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations, and also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously. Legacy Care Spectrum Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any request for refund, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
The donation will be used for the community development services based on the objective of the organisation. Each donation is purposely made toward helping the OVC children in Nigeria. We stand not to gain anything outside the aims/objective of the organisation.
How to Request a Refund
A written request stating the reason for requesting a refund must be sent to our physical address or email listed below, and must contain the following details:
- The exact donation date and amount.
- If made online: Please provide the transaction ID.
- If made via credit card: Please provide the last 4 digits of the card number only.
- If made through Cheque/Draft: Please provide the Cheque/Draft number.
